智通财经APP获悉，光通信概念股跌幅居前，截至发稿，中际旭创(03308)跌12.11%，报1002港元；剑桥科技(06166)跌5.81%，报90.8港元；汇聚科技(01729)跌2.95%，报14.8港元；长飞光纤光缆(06869)跌3%，报135.8港元。
消息面上，据美国通信领域权威媒体CommunicationsDaily，美国信息科技产业委员会(ITI)上周正式向美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)表达反对意见，敦促FCC切勿将外国制造的光模块列入限制清单。但市场对此解读为：ITI作为美国科技行业代表，其公开反对恰恰暗示FCC确实有可能出台相关限制措施，反而加剧对光模块出口前景的担忧。
中信证券香港此前发布研报称，FCC草案实施难度较高。中国厂商供应全球约2/3数据中心光模块，并掌握约70%全球铟供应及关键InP材料产能；叠加龙头企业已完成海外产能布局，历史上多轮贸易摩擦亦未改变中国厂商全球份额持续提升趋势，美国短期难以实现供应链替代。
