英伟达收购了 Cloverleaf Infrastructure（三叶草基础设施公司）的少数股权。这是英伟达短期内第三笔股权投资，标的企业均致力于为美国的数据中心落实土地资源与电力供给。
英伟达此举意在抢在竞争对手之前锁定数据中心资源，保障自家全套 AI 硬件的落地部署，避免出现数据中心配套设施尚未就绪、芯片只能闲置搁置的局面。
与此同时，英伟达正牵头筹备 AI 搜索转型 AI 智能体服务商 Perplexity 的一轮数十亿美元融资。这家公司今年营收实现爆发式增长。这笔交易进一步印证，英伟达正在扮演AI 行业 “中央银行”的角色 —— 整个 AI 行业高度依赖它提供硬件算力。
