智通财经APP获悉，阳光油砂(02012)涨超30%，截至发稿，涨31.58%，报0.2港元，成交额335.5万港元。
消息面上，8月23日晚，阳光油砂宣布，其全资附属公司桑祥石油化工（上海）联手5家合资伙伴于河北省秦皇岛市成立地能智算人工智能（北戴河）有限公司。其中，桑祥石油化工持股 40%。此次合资项目旨在建设规模达6000P的人工智能算力中心。
公告指，该项目获北戴河政府的大力支持，涵盖审批、许可及配套服务，同时，北戴河政府控股企业后续将对该项目进行参股。公司表示，项目一旦建成运营，将改变阳光油砂单一的业务及盈利模式，为公司带来新的盈利增长点，也为公司布局人工智能赛道奠定坚实的基础。
