智通财经APP讯，香港华人有限公司(00655)发布公告，公司的董事会谨此通知其股东及有意投资者，该联营公司现告知本公司，新加坡高等法院上诉庭(法庭)已于今天发出判决(该判决)及法庭已部分批准上诉并判决该银行获得约7610万坡元的金额。法庭亦判决该银行获得5万坡元的上诉成本数额。
因此，董事会亦谨此通知其股东及有意投资者，根据本公司现有的资料，预期本集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月(本期间)可能录得所占联营公司亏损约1.26亿港元，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月(上一期间)则录得溢利300万港元。该联营公司有足够财务资源应对该判决，而本公司预期该判决结果不会对本集团的业务、资产价值或财务状况造成任何重大影响。
继盈利警告公布及发出该判决后，根据本公司现有的资料，预期本集团于本期间可能录得本公司未经审核股东应占综合亏损约5.7亿港元，而上一期间则录得综合溢利1.99亿港元。变动主要由于上述所占联营公司亏损及盈利警告公布所述所占合营企业亏损所致。
