路透8月21日 - 特拉华州联邦陪审团周五裁定，赛泰克生物科学公司（Cytek Biosciences）用于分析单细胞血液和组织样本的 CTKB.O 产品侵犯了竞争对手贝克曼库尔特（Beckman Coulter）持有的专利。
陪审团认同了隶属于 (link) 丹纳赫集团的贝克曼库尔特公司（DHR.N）的观点，即赛泰克的Aurora流式细胞仪及其他产品侵犯了贝克曼在其竞争性CytoFLEX平台中所采用技术的专利权。
陪审团裁定，Cytek需向贝克曼支付3600万美元的专利使用费和2000万美元的利润损失赔偿。
两家公司发言人未立即就该判决回应置评请求。
贝克曼公司于2024年首次就相关专利问题起诉赛泰克。
赛泰克否认了这些指控，并辩称相关专利无效。
陪审团于周四裁定，赛泰克并未侵犯本次审判中涉及的三项专利中的两项，且这两项专利无效。
据该公司报告显示，总部位于加利福尼亚州的赛泰克去年通过产品总销售额获得了2.015亿美元收入。
