Kingboard's Profit Rises 5% in H1; Shares Drop 6%

Kingboard (HKG:0148) posted an attributable net profit of HK$2.71 billion for the first half of 2026, up 5% from HK$2.58 billion a year earlier.

Earnings per share stood at HK$2.423, compared with HK$2.329 in the year-ago period, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Revenue increased 35% year over year to HK$29.1 billion from HK$21.6 billion.

The company declared an interim dividend of HK$0.73 per share, up from HK$0.69 a year earlier.

Shares of the company fell nearly 6% in late-morning trade Monday.
