消息面上，贝壳发布2026年第二季度业绩公告。二季度实现净收入245亿元，经调整经营利润为35.9亿元，经调净利润同比增长74.9%至31.85亿元，经调整经营利润率达14.6%，同比提升8.5个百分点。贝壳平台二手房成交单量同比增长25%，公司整体GTV达9338亿元，同比增长6.3%，实现一年来首次转涨。
兴业证券表示，公司作为行业龙头，自身a属性强，运营提效具备可持续性，在行业β阶段有望释放利润弹性，维持“买入”评级。大摩研报称，贝壳持续扩大市场份额，加上强劲的第二季业绩，证明其不断提高的营运效率和超越市场基准的收益能力，可以转化为长期可持续效益，维持“增持”评级。
