摩根大通分析师Jay Kwon在研报中表示，三星的这份计划“未能带来超预期的利好”，并补充称，令人失望的具体细节包括第三季度的分红规模、未宣布股票回购，以及股东回报占累计自由现金流50%的比例维持不变。
