【国家科教基础设施IP-SAFE项目主体装置成功出束】记者从中国科学院近代物理研究所获悉,由该所联合甘肃省同位素实验室建设的IP-SAFE项目超导直线加速器已于近日完成初步束流调试,实现脉冲束流贯通,这标志着我国首台可批量生产锕-225、镭-223等阿尔法放射性同位素的示范装置已具备基本生产能力。IP-SAFE项目全称为“基于加速器的医用同位素药物研发平台”,是国家“十四五”科教基础设施之一。项目依托中国科学院近代物理研究所在强流超导直线加速器、高功率靶和同位素分离等领域的技术积累和优势,旨在实现全球紧缺的医用阿尔法同位素——锕-225、镭-223的规模化生产,着力破解我国此类高端医用核素长期依赖进口的局面。
