ChainCatcher 消息，据 CryptoSlate 报道，巴基斯坦虚拟资产监管机构（PVARA）要求已在当地运营的加密货币交易所及相关服务商在 9 月 5 日前进入新的许可流程，否则必须停止相关业务。PVARA 已于 8 月 22 日开放虚拟资产服务商许可申请门户并发布虚拟资产服务监管规则。
根据规定，已在巴基斯坦开展加密货币业务的服务商需提交“不反对证明”（NOC）申请，在申请审核期间，只要按时提交完整申请仍可继续提供现有服务，未在 9 月 5 日前提交申请的企业则必须停止受监管范围内的相关服务，继续运营将被视为违规。PVARA 补充称，该政策并非全面禁止加密货币，而是建立“合规或退出”的监管机制，适用于交易所、托管机构及其他面向巴基斯坦用户提供虚拟资产服务的企业。
