Altair Minerals (ASX:ALR) said all six maiden deep trenches at the SOKO W1 anomaly at the South Oko prospect, part of the Greater Oko project in Guyana, confirmed a "widespread and unconstrained" gold system, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The trenches intersected gold mineralization across a one-kilometer strike north-south, and around 1.2 kilometers in width east-west, which remains open in all directions. They encountered results of 10 meters at 1.42 grams per tonne grade of gold and 10 meters at 10.15 g/t grade of gold.
