路透8月23日 - 礼来公司（LLY.N）周一表示，已在其英国市场推出用于体重管理和2型糖尿病治疗的口服药“Foundayo”，使英国成为 欧洲首个 上市该药物的国家。

(link) 该药的化学名为奥福格利普隆（orforglipron），在英国药品监管机构于8月10日批准该药物后，将通过私人处方渠道供应，这使其成为 继诺和诺德（Novo Nordisk）的 NOVOb.CO 韦戈维（Wegovy）之后，在英国获批的 第二款GLP-1口服药。
礼来公司表示，正与英格兰卫生成本效益监管机构——英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所（NICE）合作，探讨该药物在 公立国民医疗服务体系（NHS）的 潜在推广事宜。
礼来公司表示，“Foundayo”的定价预计将在100至120英镑之间，低于其“Mounjaro”注射剂每月330英镑的供应价格。
Foundayo目前仍在欧盟接受审查，而诺和诺德（Novo）的Wegovy口服药已获得欧洲药品管理局（(link)）的积极推荐，最终决定尚待欧盟执委会作出。
