消息面上，药师帮发布2026年中期业绩，今年上半年，公司实现营业收入102.83亿元，同比增长4.5%；净利润1.09亿元，同比增长47.1%。报告期内，药师帮依托“平台+自营”双轮驱动，实现营收、净利润同步增长。平台业务方面，上半年，药师帮平台月均活跃买家46万个，月均付费买家43万个，付费率稳定在94%。
此外，基于对公司长期价值与发展前景的坚定信心，药师帮积极实施股份回购。3月23日至7月21日，公司动用1.59亿港元购回超3500万股股份，占总股本5.1%。董事会已批准最高1亿港元回购额度，将视市况适时实施，进一步优化资本结构、提升股东回报。
