智通财经APP获悉，瑞银发布研报称，将中银航空租赁(02588)目标价由104.2港元上调至106.1港元，以反映目标市胀率由1.22倍升至1.23倍，及股本成本假设由8.4%下调至8.2%，维持“买入”评级。
该行表示，公司上半年盈利大致符合预期，2026年盈利预测大致不变，但下调2027-2028年预测2-4%，以反映更低的租赁租金收入预期，部分被更高的飞机处置预期收益抵销，2026-2028年盈利现分别料为7.87亿美元、9亿美元及10.26亿美元。
