彭军：如果是你的私家车，你放到平台上去，出了事情谁负责？可能你的车今天出门的时候把一个传感器给撞了，没有检测出来，就放到平台上出了事情找谁？责任不清晰。
彭军：马斯克讲过这个概念，说我的车怎么拿去给平台赚钱，我觉得这是不可能的。你只要想责任边界这个事情——车用完了回来没有清洗干净，你找谁？有人在里面扔了脏东西，谁负责？有很多责任边界不清晰的问题。
《发现新势力》：所以无人驾驶未来不太会在私家车场景里应用？
彭军：不，我是说会在私家车中用。但马斯克说的“我买一辆车自己开，不用的时候给平台去用”，这个是不会存在的。私家车作为有L4功能的私家车，我认为会出现。
