智通财经APP获悉，恒基地产(00012)绩后高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.62%，报29.2港元，成交额654.08万港元。
消息面上，8月20日，恒基地产发布2026年中期业绩，该集团取得收入172.03亿港元，同比增加80.1%；本公司股东应占盈利40.9亿港元，同比增加40.65%；每股基本盈利0.84港元；拟派中期股息每股0.5港元。
公告称，集团期内本港物业发展的应占营业额约为118.78亿港元，较去年同期大幅增加212%。连同期内政府收回新界若干土地，所带来约15.68亿港元税前收益(2025年:2.4亿港元)，集团于本港物业发展的应占税前公布盈利约为33亿港元(2025年:3.1亿港元)。
于2026年六月底，未入账的自占合约销售总额约为170.61亿港元。当中约63.65亿港元预计可随物业落成并交付买家而于2026年下半年入账。
