智通财经APP获悉，正荣地产(06158)再涨超180%，月内累计涨幅已超800%。截至发稿，涨168.29%，报0.11港元，成交额1902.9万港元。
消息面上，正荣地产公告，公司已将一份载有境外整体债务管理方案建议条款的条款书送交若干债权人。该条款书关键条款包括注销债务并全面解除相关方义务、向批准计划安排的债权人按比例发行公司新股份等。境外重组计划及计划安排仍须待与债权人达成协议并达致若干先决条件后方可作实。
值得注意的是，近日有消息称，正荣地产拟对旗下境内债券进行重组。本次重组覆盖9只上交所挂牌债券，相关债券本金规模66.61亿元，叠加应计利息后整体债权规模达到72.03亿元。若成功实施，董事会认为本集团债务水平将有所降低。
