智通财经APP获悉，玖龙纸业(02689)回升近5%，截至发稿，涨4.86%，报6.905港元，成交额2.3亿港元。
消息面上，8月20日，玖龙纸业发布公告，集团预计将取得截至2026年6月30日止(本年度)盈利约人民币39亿元至人民币41亿元之间，较截至2025年6月30日止年度(去年度)人民币22.017亿元增长77.1%至86.2%。公告称，玖龙纸业已于2026年8月11日悉数赎回尚未到期的优先永续资本证券。该4亿美元优先永续资本证券已完成赎回、注销，并自新加坡证券交易所有限公司除牌。
中信建投发布研报指出，预计玖龙纸业回购注销完成将大幅降低后续公司融资成本(根据测算，每年可节约近3亿元利息)，此外受益于人民币升值，此次回购可形成约2亿元人民币一次性收益。回购永续债亦将有助于优化公司资本结构，截至2025年12月31日，公司资产负债率64.7%，随着未来公司资本开支趋缓、盈利提升，公司有望实现自由现金流转正，并加强分红、提升股东回报。
