【博通版“算力融资池”据传将加码超600亿美元】据媒体援引知情人士报道，博通正与一批机构洽谈，计划通过债务融资筹集超过600亿美元的资金，用于为人工智能芯片项目提供资金支持。该交易将使Anthropic等其他公司受益。根据拟议方案，博通将为部分高级担保债务提供担保。这部分债务规模可能在600亿至700亿美元之间。此次债务将由一家特殊目的载体发行。知情人士表示，这项融资方案目前仍在敲定之中，可能还会包括一笔规模约300亿美元的次级债务。如果按照目前讨论中的规模计算，整笔融资总额最高可能达到1000亿美元。黑石集团和阿波罗全球管理据传正在与博通展开洽谈。三家公司今年6月已经达成“AI XPV平台”合作关系，为Fluidstack负责建设和运营的数据中心部署1吉瓦博通定制芯片提供350亿美元融资，该算力最终由Anthropic购买和使用。
