经济观察网 据山西新闻网，近日，山西省低空经济和通用航空业发展基金完成工商企业注册、登记。这标志着“山西省低空经济和通用航空业发展基金有限合伙企业”正式成立，通航发展基金设立工作圆满完成，山西省发展低空经济和建设通航示范省又获一大助力。
据悉，基金由省财政出资15亿元作为引导资金，注册规模15.01亿元，通过参股设立基金下设的子基金以股权等法律、法规、政策允许的方式投资，将通过项目募集省属相关国企、央企等社会资本方资金，最终形成母子基金集群，总规模50亿元。基金主要投资于省内通航基础设施建设项目，在省内的通用航空制造业项目，在省内开展的各类通航运营服务项目，无人机、科技型、创新型等周边产业。
