【深圳落地脑机接口数据知识产权登记】据深圳市市场监督管理局（深圳市知识产权局）消息，近日，在深圳市标准技术研究院指导下，深圳全域智能科技有限公司自主形成的“基于人类视觉神经反馈的图片偏好对齐数据”顺利完成数据知识产权登记并取得登记证书。本次脑机接口数据知识产权登记，实现了神经数据确权与合规落地，为大脑基座模型研发、智能终端、具身智能、内容生成、人机交互等前沿领域的技术研发与产业协同提供了坚实的制度保障与合规支撑，也填补了广东省脑机接口领域的数据知识产权保护空白。（深圳发布）
