智通财经APP获悉，2026年8月21日，恒生指数公司公布截至2026年6月30日之恒生指数系列季度检讨结果，其中飞速创新(03355)获纳入恒生综合指数。恒生综合指数变动将于9月4日(星期五)收市后实施并于9月7日(星期一)起生效，届时沪深交易所会相应调整港股通可投资标的范围。飞速创新有可能被调入港股通，因其满足了包括市值、流动性等在内的一系列标准。
8月20日，飞速创新发布公告称，完成收购上海博达数据通信有限公司(目标公司)100%股权。于完成后，目标公司已成为本公司的全资附属公司，其财务业绩已并入本集团的综合财务报表。
董事认为，收购事项将使本集团得以收购一个成熟的产品、研发、制造及交付平台。预期协同效应主要来自该等能力与本集团全球客户渠道、数字营销及运营、供应链管理及交付能力之间的互补性。收购事项预期将拓宽本集团产品种类、提升其内部研发及生产能力、增强供应链韧性，并提升其向全球客户提供一体化网络解决方案的能力。
