Ningbo Zhenyu Technology Advances Registration for 1.88 Billion Yuan Convertible Bond

Ningbo Zhenyu Technology (SHE:300953) plans to register the underwritten convertible bonds of the Zhenyu Convertible Bond 02 with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation's Shenzhen branch, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The convertible bond has a principal amount of 1.88 billion yuan, and online investors subscribed for nearly 486 million yuan worth of convertible bonds. The amount of convertible bonds relinquished by online investors was almost 4 million yuan.
GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) is the lead underwriter of the issuance.
The lithium battery manufacturer's shares jumped 4% at the close.
