金吾财讯 | 花旗集团（C）旗下花旗发行人服务部门宣布，已被全球废塑料回收投资平台Agilyx ASA（以下简称“Agilyx”）任命为其发行的赞助型一级美国存托凭证（ADR）项目的托管银行。据悉，Agilyx的ADR目前在美国场外交易市场（OTC）挂牌，交易代码为“AGYXY”。每份美国存托股份（ADS）代表该公司的10股普通股，其标的普通股则继续在奥斯陆证券交易所上市交易（代码为AGLX）。Agilyx首席执行官兰吉特·巴蒂亚表示，北美投资者对Agilyx及其欧洲循环经济与废塑料回收业务的兴趣日益浓厚。此次与花旗合作设立赞助型ADR项目，将显著降低美国投资者的参与门槛，是公司拓宽国际股东基础的关键一步。花旗发行人服务部门负责人德克·琼斯表示，花旗凭借覆盖全球65个以上的存托凭证市场网络以及资本市场经验，将持续为发行人提供跨国资本市场接入支持。
