路透8月24日 - 迈克尔·塞勒（Michael Saylor）旗下的 MSTR.O 公司周一在监管文件中披露，已预留约16亿美元现金用于未来的财务运作，包括潜在的比特币购买和股票回购。
这家全球最大的企业级比特币买家将该流动性池命名为“USD Cash”，它将与该公司此前为支付优先股股息和未偿债务利息而设立的储备金有所不同。
这一新的现金池用途将更加灵活，可用于购买比特币、股份回购及其他公司事务。
此举还将使微策略在应对比特币市场低迷时拥有更大灵活性，使其在维持手头现金的同时，继续推行其比特币购买策略。
此举是在比特币经历强劲一周之后采取的。此前，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普敦促国会通过立法，为数字资产制定明确规则，受此提振，比特币在最近五个交易日累计上涨了13%以上。
上周，比特币自6月以来首次突破70,000美元大关。
随着美国财政部宣布将长期债券回购规模翻倍以抑制收益率上升，加密货币等风险资产也从中受益。收益率上升通常对这类资产不利，因为这会提高更安全投资的回报率。
不过，比特币距离去年惊人涨势后创下的峰值仍有很大差距。
