智通财经APP讯，信和置业(00083)及尖沙咀置业(00247)联合公布，JVC1 于2026年7月3日以10.3亿港元的地价递交的投标，于2026年8月24日成功获得香港特别行政区政府接纳。
JVCs 乃由中国海外、招商局置地、华润置地(海外)、中旅投资、京东及信和置业分别按 17%、17%、17%、15%、17%及 17%的持股比例成立目的为提交该投标的单一项目公司，并于成功中标后，根据该投标所载详情及售卖条件收购及发展该等用地。合营伙伴的资本承担总额预期约为 168 亿港元。信和置业预期将出资约28.56亿港元，相当于其于 JVCs 的 17%股权。
据悉，该等用地包括位于 HSK 18、HSK 20 及 HSK 21 的三幅住宅/商业用地，以及位于 HSK 19 的一幅 E&TP 用地。该等用地的总用地面积约为3.62万平方米，而该等用地容许建造的总楼面面积约为22万平方米。该等用地将发展为包含住宅、非住宅及 E&TP 部分的综合发展项目。预期该发展项目将提升集团的物业组合。
