ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，总部位于伦敦、资产规模达 8500 亿美元的渣打银行宣布，将成为首家分发香港受监管稳定币的银行。该机构在周一发布的邮件声明中表示，将率先帮助其符合条件的机构客户与合作伙伴整合由 Anchorpoint Financial 发行的港元稳定币 HKDAP，渣打银行是该发行方的多数股东。
渣打银行还表示，计划在未来一个月内推出多项新的 HKDAP 商业应用，用例包括市场基金申购、与资产管理经理结算、银行全球网络内的跨部门结算以及跨境支付。Anchorpoint Financial 于 8 月 12 日开始 HKDAP 的有限度推出，此前四个月刚获得香港首批两个发行牌照之一，初始推出将聚焦于机构支付与结算，之后再增加更多接入渠道和跨境应用。
另一家首批持牌机构汇丰银行正为其稳定币筹备 2026 年下半年推出，并可能通过拥有 330 万用户的 PayMe 进行分发。此外，Kraken 母公司 Payward 也通过 6 亿美元收购 Reap Technologies 的交易，扩大了其在香港的稳定币业务。
