科珀斯克里斯蒂是美国第三大液化天然气出口设施，而切尼尔公司则是最大的液化天然气出口商。
切尼尔公司尚未立即回应置评请求。
周一，美国所有液化天然气出口工厂的原料气供应总量约为16.7 bcfd，低于该国液化天然气设施近18 bcfd的处理能力。
美国是全球最大的液化天然气出口国，也是全球市场这种超低温燃料的关键供应商。
在伊朗持续冲突引发的供应担忧持续支撑全球液化天然气市场之际，原料气供应量出现下降。
