COFCO Capital (SHE:002423) increased the budget for its daily related-party transactions by 60 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
From a budget of 104.8 million yuan for procurement business transactions, the allocation is now at 164.8 million yuan.
The total budget for the year rose to 1.76 billion yuan from 1.70 billion yuan.
