终止原因为在当前市场环境下，比特币及上市比特币财库类公司估值持续承压，导致资本市场出现错配，限制了可转债、永续优先股等融资工具在比特币财库策略中的放大作用。
BSTR 表示，待市场环境趋于稳定后，仍将继续推进机构级比特币资产管理业务。
