智通财经APP讯，山东国信(01697)发布公告，本公司近期收到由国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局发出的《山东金融监管局关于田志国山东省国际信托股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金覆〔2026〕319号)、《山东金融监管局关于潘利泉山东省国际信托股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金覆〔2026〕318号)及《山东金融监管局关于陈平山东省国际信托股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金覆〔2026〕317号)。据此，自2026年8月18日起，田先生就任本公司执行董事，潘先生及陈先生就任本公司非执行董事。
