格隆汇8月21日丨港誉智慧城市服务(00265.HK)公告，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间未经审核综合管理账目(分别为“本期间”及“未经审核综合管理账目”)及董事会目前可得有关本期间的资料作出的初步评估，预计集团本期间将录得介乎于公司权益持有人应占溢利约400万港元至亏损约200万港元，而2025年相应期间则录得溢利约1510万港元。 董事会认为，预期溢利大幅减少主要由于本期间有两份主要环境卫生合约到期，加上在调整服务以符合客户期望的过程中，对一个物业管理项目的收入进行下调调整，导致毛利大幅下跌。
