智通财经APP讯，众安集团(00672)发布截至2026年6月30日止6个月期间的中期业绩，该集团取得收入人民币16.11亿元(单位下同)，同比减少75.43%;母公司拥有人应占亏损2.19亿元，同比盈转亏;每股基本亏损3.9分。
公告称，于回顾期内，来自物业销售的收入约为12.32亿元，较2025年同期的约61.6亿元减少约80.0%。减少主要是由于回顾期内交付的物业面积较去年同期大幅减少。
物业租赁产生的收入约为6510万元(2025年同期：约6490万元)，增加约0.4%。本集团酒店营运录得收入约为7920万元(2025年同期：约9920万元)，减少约20.1%。本集团物业管理及其他服务产生的收入约为2.35亿元(2025年同期：约2.35亿元)，减少约 0.2%。
