ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Coinbase 首席执行官 Brian Armstrong 表示，美国《数字资产市场结构明确法案》（CLARITY Act）预计将在 9 月 15 日获得美国参议院超过 60 票支持，并有信心通过重返国会后的首个关键程序性投票。
Brian Armstrong 此前表示，CLARITY Act 已进入最终推进阶段，参议院程序性投票需要获得 60 票支持，以推动法案继续推进。该法案旨在建立美国数字资产监管框架，明确美国证券交易委员会（SEC）与商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）在加密资产监管中的职责分工。Armstrong 认为，美国加密行业监管清晰化正在临近，无论 CLARITY Act 最终通过，还是监管机构通过行政规则推进，市场都将迎来更明确的监管环境。
此前，美国总统特朗普也呼吁国会推动 CLARITY Act 通过，认为该法案对于建立数字资产监管体系、提升美国加密行业竞争力具有重要意义。reuters.com 不过，该法案仍面临部分议员对利益冲突、稳定币监管等问题的争议，最终能否顺利落地仍取决于参议院后续谈判。
