本网讯（记者 汤超）近日，我省出台《重大引调水工程输水干线保护行动方案》（以下简称《行动方案》），以保障重大引调水工程输水干线供水安全、水质安全为主线，聚焦输水干线生态安全、供水安全、工程安全等方面突出问题，开展全覆盖排查整治，推动生态环境向好、供水安全可控、工程稳定运行，筑牢引调水工程安全防线。
重大引调水工程输水干线包括引江济淮工程输水干线、淮水北调工程输水干线、淠史杭灌区输水干线（淠河总干渠、史河总干渠）、驷马山引江工程输水干线（驷马山引江水道—滁河—滁河四级站）、茨淮新河灌区输水干线等。重大引调水工程是支撑全省经济社会高质量发展的重要基础设施，对我省优化水资源配置、保障城乡供水安全、修复河湖生态意义重大。
输水干线保护行动重点开展水域岸线清理整治、供水安全防护提升、工程设施隐患清零、问题整改提质增效四大行动，清理整治突出问题。《行动方案》要求充分发挥河湖长制作用，压紧压实各方责任。拓宽问题发现渠道，充分运用智慧水利监管平台，找准查实问题。加强信息共享，开展联合执法，形成治理合力。
