Bitari to Offer 4.2M Shares in Planned IPO

Digital infrastructure company Bitari filed for an initial public offering, saying it expects to offer some 4.2 million shares with an expected offering price of $7 per share.

The company applied to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol BIAI.

Bitari provides Bitcoin mining operations with hosting and operations and maintenance services. The company said it intends to expand its operational footprint across North America, enhancing its presence in key energy regions, and pursue opportunities to evolve from a traditional hosting service provider into a comprehensive consulting platform focused on digital assets.

For the fiscal year ended July 31, 2025, the company generated net income of $1.2 million on revenue of $11.2 million. For the prior fiscal year, it reported net income of $1.8 million on revenue of $11.8 million.
