【阿里新股配售定价完成，获长线投资者超额认购】8月24日，阿里巴巴宣布完成800亿港元新股配售定价，发行价为每股普通股112.70港元，共配售7.1亿股。配售所得款项净额将100%用于投资全栈AI能力，加强AI基础设施建设，进一步巩固阿里在AI领域的领先地位。据悉，本次配售自启动后不到一小时即获超额认购，最终配售份额以主权财富基金等高质量长线做多投资者为主，是全球长线资本对阿里AI投资回报前景投出的信任票。长线投资者的踊跃认购，源于阿里AI投入清晰可见的回报路径。阿里最新财报显示，AI相关产品年化收入已突破495亿元人民币，预计下季度达到100亿美元；阿里云2030自然年外部商业化收入预计达1000亿美元，利润率有望突破20%。在算力持续供不应求、AI相关产品收入和毛利持续提升的支撑下，阿里管理层预计资本开支3年内、甚至2.5年到2年即可收回。因此，相比短期摊薄，AI增长的确定性、投资回报的可见性推动了本次认购热情和高位定价。中金公司、汇丰、摩根士丹利、瑞银参与了本轮新股配售。中东、欧洲、亚洲等地区的主要主权基金积极参与了此次认购。
