韩国海关周一公布的数据显示，上半年从境外非法进口Wegovy、Mounjaro等减重药物的查获案件数量是2025年全年查获量的三倍以上。
韩国关税厅统计数据显示，1‑6月，海关共查获4155起通过海淘直购及其他非法渠道走私Wegovy、Mounjaro的案件，远高于2025年全年的1189起。
与之形成对比的是，今年上半年通过海关合法清关的Wegovy、Mounjaro共391起，而2025年全年合法清关数量为191起。
非法进口大多通过国际邮件渠道：越来越多韩国民众从海外线上商城购买这类减重药物，再通过国际快递寄回国内。
今年上半年，海关查获含Wegovy、Mounjaro的非法邮件共计3489件，数量是2025年全年1046件的三倍以上。
另有656起案件为旅客个人携带入境，高于去年全年的134起。
韩国禁止旅客随身携带Wegovy与Mounjaro入境。
