专题：全部投向AI基建！阿里巴巴：拟配售新股，募资800亿港元！

　　阿里巴巴（09988.HK）于周一（8月24日）发布公告，计划在香港配售新股融资。

　　是次配售，拟配售7.1亿股新股，占扩大后已发行股份总数约3.47%；每股配售价112.70港元，较上个交易日（8月21日）的收市价123.00港元折让约8.37%，募资总额约800.17亿港元、募资净额约796.55亿港元。

　　是次配售募资所得净额将100%用于投资全栈人工智能（AI）能力、加强AI基础设施建设，以进一步巩固阿里巴巴在AI领域的全球领先地位。

　　是次配股，也是阿里巴巴自2019年在香港上市以来的首次配售新股。

　　是次再融资规模，超过美团（2021年4月，配股+发债）的746亿港元、比亚迪（2025年3月配售H股）的435亿港元、小米集团的426亿港元、宁德时代的391亿港元，成为港股历史上最大的公司配售新股融资。

　　是次配售，

　　中金公司、汇丰、摩根士丹利、瑞银，出任联席整体协调人、联席簿记管理人及联席配售代理；

　　巴克莱、花旗、摩根大通，出任共同簿记管理人。
