8月24日消息，阿里巴巴港股开盘报113.1港元，较低开约8%。

　　消息面上，阿里巴巴周末公告，拟以112.70港元/股的价格配售7.1亿股新股份，募资总额约800亿港元（约合102亿美元），所得款项净额将100%用于AI基础设施建设和全栈AI能力投资。配售价较港股上周五收盘价折让约8.4%，为阿里巴巴2019年在香港上市以来首次进行股权配售。市场分析认为，短期筹码供给增加叠加折价定价，预计将持续压制股价表现，8月26日交割完成前，配售价附近或成为多空博弈焦点。

　　此外，　知名投资人、电影《大空头》原型迈克尔·伯里认为，阿里巴巴（BABA.US）股票估值过高，并透露他最近已清仓这家中国科技巨头的股份，转而大幅增持京东（JD.US）。伯里于8月23日（周日）在Substack上发帖称：“我原本计划一两个月后将大部分资金移回阿里，但现在不会了。阿里巴巴的股价必须下跌一半，我才会重新感兴趣。”
