CoVolt Power总部位于得克萨斯州休斯敦，成立于2005年。该公司是一家为电力行业和数据中心行业提供工程、采购和建设(EPC)服务的企业，专注于公用事业规模太阳能项目、电池储能系统，以及高压输电和配电基础设施。该公司已经建成超过7.3吉瓦交流电(GWac)的发电设施和近1.7吉瓦时(GWh)的电池储能设施，并交付了输电和配电(T&D)基础设施，将超过26.4吉瓦的发电容量和负荷接入电网。其客户包括独立电力生产商(IPPs)、项目开发商、公用事业公司、工业设施以及数据中心运营商。

数据显示，在截至2026年6月30日的六个月内，公司营收下降32%至3.08亿美元;毛利率扩大393个基点至18%;调整后息税折旧摊销前利润(EBITDA)下降20%至4230万美元，调整后EBITDA利润率则上升190个基点至13.7%。此外，截至2026年6月30日的12个月营收为5.96亿美元。
