ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，韩国金融监管部门计划从下月起加强对 ELS 等结构化产品监管，要求券商在产品接近本金损失触发线（Knock-in）时向投资者发出警告，并在市场环境变化导致风险明显上升时重新评估产品设计和销售。
据悉，韩国股市近期经历大幅波动，但散户高风险投资热情并未明显降温，在单只股票杠杆 ETF 遭监管收紧后，部分投资转向提供高额“票息”的股票挂钩证券（ELS）。韩国金融投资协会公布数据显示，7 月韩国 ELS 销售规模高达 3.5 万亿韩元，创下 2023年 4 月以来近三年多新高，其中以三星电子和 SK 海力士股票为基础资产的 ELS 产品成为增长主力。
