8月21日金融一线消息，金融监管总局发布了《保险公司资产负债管理办法》。其中指出，保险公司应当设置或指定资产负债管理部门，配备履行资产负债管理职责所需要的人力、物力资源，履职应当保持独立性，不受保险业务和投资部门干预。资产负债管理部门应当履行以下职责：（一）拟定资产负债管理相关制度；（二）拟定并协调实施资产负债管理政策和程序；（三）拟定或参与拟定资产负债管理相关风险容忍度和风险限额，跟踪监测资产负债匹配状况，研究资产负债管理工作中的问题与解决方案；（四）拟定或参与拟定公司业务规划、资本规划、资产配置政策、流动性风险管理政策，针对重大投资和对资产负债匹配状况造成重大影响的产品等出具专业意见，为高级管理层提供决策支持；（五）统筹开发资产负债管理信息系统（或模型工具）；（六）统筹实施资产负债管理绩效考核；（七）其他有关职责。
