【欧盟六国要求对石油公司征税】记者获悉，德国、西班牙、葡萄牙、意大利、波兰和奥地利6个欧盟成员国财政部长日前联名致信欧盟轮值主席国爱尔兰，呼吁欧盟成员国在9月举行的欧盟财长会议上讨论一项机制，对因霍尔木兹海峡封锁、能源供应冲击而获得“暴利”的石油公司征税。 英国方面消息，6位财政部长希望爱尔兰将这一议题列入9月18日至19日在都柏林举行的欧盟财长会议议程。6位财长在信中说，欧洲正经历“数十年来最大的供应冲击之一”，全球消费者对生活成本上涨的不满情绪不断增加。他们认为，目前各国政府采取的措施不足以从根本上降低或稳定企业和民众面临的价格，因此需要制定共同方案，让从危机中获利的企业承担更多成本，以减轻公众负担。这6个国家的财政部长表示，希望欧盟就如何应对能源价格上涨以及由此产生的超额利润展开协调，以避免成员国各自采取不同措施。目前，欧盟层面是否建立相关征税机制，以及具体征税对象、税率和资金用途等问题，仍需成员国进一步讨论。
