智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，三星电子计划于周五公布一项新的股东回报方案，总规模最高可达110万亿韩元(约合790亿美元)。
该知情人士表示，三星董事会将于当地时间下午4时左右、韩国股市收盘后召开会议，并在会后不久披露这份回报方案的细则。由于讨论内容涉及内部信息，该人士要求匿名。
据其介绍，本次股东回报方案的规模预计将在90万亿至110万亿韩元之间，将成为三星电子历史上最大规模的资本回报举措之一。对此，三星官方代表拒绝置评。
