智通财经APP获悉，力勤资源(02245)午后涨超10%，月内累计涨幅已超40%，截至发稿，涨10.39%，报18.6港元，成交额6554.02万港元。
消息面上，力勤资源拟于8月27日举行董事会会议以批准中期业绩。公司近期发布上半年盈喜，预计上半年预盈22.5亿至25.0亿元，同比增长约57.3%至74.8%。1月至5月，受益于KPS生产线的陆续投产及产品销售价格进一步上涨，公司的经营规模保持增长。
值得注意的是，中国证监会正式同意宁波力勤资源科技股份有限公司首次公开发行股票注册，公司计划募资约40.47亿元，主要用于湿法渣资源化示范项目、MHP精炼生产项目。力勤资源IPO申报材料附带2026年度自愿盈利预测。公司预计全年营业收入564.13亿元，同比增长40.14%；预计净利润60.01亿元，同比增长26.35%。
