受持续高温和干旱影响，欧洲多条重要河流水位下降。法国航运企业达飞海运集团宣布，由于莱茵河及欧洲其他河流水位持续处于异常低位，内河运输受到严重影响，将对经过三个港口运输的货物征收“内陆紧急运输费”。

　　三个港口分别是比利时安特卫普港、比利时泽布吕赫港以及荷兰鹿特丹港。

　　达飞海运集团表示，持续低水位导致内河驳船运输能力下降、港口拥堵、货物在码头停留时间延长，并推高运营成本。此次紧急附加费将适用于经上述三个港口运输的所有内陆运输方式。

　　近期欧洲多地持续高温干旱，莱茵河水位下降已对航运和能源供应造成影响。莱茵河是欧洲最重要的内河航运通道之一，连接荷兰、德国、法国和瑞士等多个国家。

　　匈牙利在多瑙河建坝保障核电站运行

　　受高温干旱天气影响，匈牙利多瑙河水位降至历史低点，导致保克什核电站一度面临停运风险，8月初核电站已难以从多瑙河抽取起所需的冷却水。为了解决这一问题，该国总理此前宣布已下令在保克什核电站附近修建一座水下导流坝，并且沉没两艘驳船以提高水位。

　　21日，匈牙利国防部长在社交媒体发文称，鉴于为抬升保克什核电站所需水位的工程进展比较顺利，这两艘沉没的驳船将被移除。
