公告称，收入增长主要由于供热服务收入增加所致，该收入增加是因为公司的实际供热服务面积增加，期内新启动的包头项目，及地方政府价格补贴因供热附属公司自上一年度恢复而增加，以及由于地方政府的提高供热温度政策导致对我们较高运营成本的补贴增加。
