秋日里，曾经风沙肆虐、植被稀疏的内蒙古自治区通辽市科左中旗图布信苏木盐碱荒滩，如今已是绿意盎然。旷野之上，连片光伏板铺展延伸，风电叶轮缓缓运转，光伏板下草木葱郁，野花遍地。这一场生态蝶变，源于当地落地实施的防沙治沙和风电光伏一体化工程。作为通辽市沙地治理的重点工程，该工程探索生态修复与新能源开发协同发展路径，让荒滩蜕变为生态绿洲。

科左中旗防沙治沙和风电光伏一体化工程首批55万千瓦项目现已实现并网发电，含20万千瓦风电、35万千瓦光伏装机，并配套电化学储能系统。针对区域盐碱化重、植被稀少的难题，项目采用“边施工、边修复”模式，依托光伏板挡风固沙、涵养水土，改善沙地微生态，助力植被复苏。

项目打造“板上发电、板间种植、板下治沙”立体化治理模式，因地制宜改良土壤，补植耐盐碱草种。项目年均发电量可达12亿千瓦时，每年减少二氧化碳排放约100万吨，既优化区域能源结构、修复生态环境，也带动当地群众就近就业增收，实现生态、经济、民生效益协同共赢。
