本报讯（记者 鲍贝贝）8月19日，省消费者协会联合重庆、内蒙古、广西、宁夏、新疆、陕西、甘肃、青海、云南西部10省（区、市）消保组织共同发布倡议，引导广大经营者规范入驻电商平台，理性开展网络销售，防范第三方中介套路侵害，共同净化网络消费市场环境。
消协提示，非正规中介主要存在两类侵害商家的套路。一类是收取代运营、平台服务等名目前置费用，收钱之后服务敷衍，甚至直接失联。另一类以“零门槛、零服务费”为噱头吸引签约，依靠合同隐藏条款逼迫商家做低于成本价的营销，造成商家接单就亏损的困境。因此，经营者入驻电商平台应当优先选择平台官方入口自主办理。入驻前要备齐营业执照、行业许可等齐全有效的资质材料，保证证照登记信息与实际经营情况相符，按照官方指引规范完成入驻流程。在日常网络经营中，倡导经营者跳出“重流量、轻品质”的误区，以产品与服务品质打造口碑。结合自身品类、目标客群科学挑选适配电商平台，不盲目多平台扩张，减少对代运营的过度依赖。线上宣传要如实展示产品与门店情况，杜绝虚假营销、货不对板，减少消费纠纷 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】。
10省（区、市）消协组织呼吁，广大经营者要摒弃投机心理，管好店铺账号核心权限，自觉抵制低价内卷，恪守诚信合规底线，落实消费维权主体责任，携手共建安全有序的网络消费环境。
